From finance to conscious living, today’s guest has made it her career to create impact. Mayra Hernandez is the founder of Instituto Xilonen, a social enterprise putting healing crystals in strategic places around the world to promote peace, harmony and conscious living. Before that she spent almost a decade leading Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability at Banorte, where she was part of the team that made it the first bank in Mexico to join the Dow Jones Sustainability Index and launched Mujer Banorte which opened financial opportunities to 340,000 women.
Now through Xilonen Mayra is bridging business strategy with spiritual wisdom using high frequency crystals to promote global well being. She is also a Synergos Institute Board member, an Aspen Institute First Movers Fellow and continues to push the boundaries of conscious entrepreneurship.
